The waitress came over and asked if we needed any peppers or parmesan cheese. A true cross-continental collaboration, this Munich-style dunkel was crafted using American hop varieties grown in Germany and German hop varieties grown in the U.S., then fermented with Spaten yeast at our brewery in Tempe, Arizona. The drinks served by our waitress and the food by some grungy guy from the kitchen who just dropped our pizza down and left. Our server took our order with a smile and our food and drinks came out quickly. It went down good and was refreshing so I would have it again. The Hefe was better than average but not the best I've had. Most breweries serve their Hefeweizen beers in a pint glass and not a Hefeweizen glass and Four Peaks is the same. I liked them both and later reviewed my BA review of it and found it accurate. The only beers available are Four Peak beers so I tried a Hefeweizen and the Hop Knot later. We later ordered a pizza and the toppings were good and the crust was just ok. The hummus was tasty but runny and the flat bread was good. We got a couple of beers and a appetizer.

There is a full bar including sparkling wines. There are plenty of tables available and out of the hot AZ weather. We were offered a seat outside but opted for a tableinside in the room off to the right of the bar area. Four Peaks Brewing Co, has been defining Southwestern craft beer since 96 and is now the official beer. ASU is three miles away so I guess they have to be extra careful.

"C" had her drivers license scrutinized for a long time. There is outside seating by the entrance I noticed there was a misting system working. The façade is especially interesting for an AZ building. The brewery is an old dairy built in 1892 and the old brick building has a certain charm. At night, there is not really adequate lighting there and I would rather not park there. She said she would rather walk a ways than park in that alley. We’re constantly innovating to give you new and exciting beers. We’re available in eight states (and counting). We have pubs in Scottsdale and Phoenix Sky Harbor. To keep up with demand, we opened a second brewery a few miles down the road from our original location in Tempe. I parked again in the dirt alley "C" parked down the street almost a couple of blocks away. Four Peaks has grown just a bit since the ‘90s.

The parking is free and you can park only on the same side of the street as the brewery and there is parking in the back where there is room for 12 to 15 cars in the lot. I've been here before for lunch and drove over for dinner but didn't stop because of the parking. I met "C" for lunch yesterday at Four Peaks.
